Job Description
Process and manage customer orders and monitor progress in the ERP system (MS Dynamics).
Coordinate projects across multiple internal departments within the Order-to-Cash process.
Check stock availability and provide accurate forecasts for warehouse planning.
Align delivery schedules with supply chain and keep customers informed proactively.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related questions professionally.
Maintain accurate administration, data, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant
Holds a completed MBO-level education.
Has at least 3 years of experience in a customer service, commercial support, or similar role.
Communicates fluently in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are a strong plus).
Is customer-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working under time pressure.
Takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and thrives in a team environment.
Lives in or near Deventer and is based in the Netherlands.
