As an HR Business Partner supporting Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Portfolio, you act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on HR professional. You play a key role in strengthening organizational performance, leadership, and team effectiveness across these commercially driven functions.This is explicitly a hands-on role: you stay close to the business, switch quickly between strategic and operational topics, and turn HR strategy into tangible action. You will operate in a volatile and fast-changing environment, where priorities shift rapidly and your agility, pragmatism, and execution power truly make the difference.
Context You report to the HR Director and work closely with the leaders of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Portfolio. You are part of a European HR team of 11 professionals (4 based in the Netherlands), bringing together diverse expertise across multiple HR disciplines and actively contributing to the broader HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities Business Partnering&Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, performance, and leadership topics Translate business strategy into concrete HR initiatives Actively contribute to business decision-making Performance&Organizational Development Drive performance management and talent development Support organizational changes and team effectiveness Identify challenges early and intervene where needed Hands-on HR Execution Be directly involved in day-to-day HR topics (e.g., performance cases, absenteeism, employee relations)Implement HR processes and initiatives within the business Seamlessly switch between strategy and execution Change&Dynamic Environment Support teams in a
fast-changing and uncertain environment Guide change processes and cultural development Bring structure, clarity, and direction in complex situations Talent&Engagement Learning&Development Specialist Attract, develop, and retain talent directly with its core business goals Strengthen employee engagement and team performance Advice on succession planning and development

Profile Education&Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent level) 5–8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role Experience supporting commercial/business-facing teams is a strong plus Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, or volatile environment is highly desirable CompetenceHands-on with strong execution capability Strong business acumen and organizational sensitivity Agile, resilient, and decisive Excellent communication and coaching skills Analytical mindset combined with a people-focused approach What We Offer A role with direct impact on both business and peopleA dynamic and fast-evolving organization Strong autonomy and room for initiative A culture where collaboration and values are central Competitive compensation and benefits
