We are looking for volunteers who want to take care of a child at home one half day per week. Support families are volunteers who offer help and support so that parents can breathe again and a child can continue to develop positively.
Working Hours Half day per week.
Special Conditions Experience with children, VOG and following a course.
Responsibilities You will visit a family for two hours every week and offer a listening ear. You will act as a friend or a good neighbor, sharing your own way of parenting and life experience. You will show attention and understanding, supporting the family with a warm heart and practical help where needed. You will participate in Home‑Start activities and meet regularly with other volunteers to exchange experiences. You will accompany the family for approximately one year.
Qualifications Experience with children, valid VOG, and completion of a Home‑Start volunteer course.
