Aftersales Training&Tech Ops Intern, Diemen

What you’ll be doing Aftersales Training Administration

Support the planning and coordination of technical training sessions

Manage training invitations and participant communication

Assist with training registrations and attendance tracking

Support invoicing and purchase order administration related to training activities

Prepare training materials, schedules, and meeting logistics

Maintain and update training records and databases

Coordinate with dealers and internal stakeholders regarding training activities

Technical Operations Support

Follow up on pending technical cases and long repair vehicles

Support tracking of open repair actions and escalation items

Assist with preparation of simple operational and performance reports

Maintain technical documentation and internal tracking files

Help monitor service campaigns or warranty‑related follow‑up activities

Support internal communication between technical teams and dealer network

General Administrative Support

Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes

Support data entry and process documentation

Assist with presentations and internal reporting

Help improve administrative workflows and organization

Provide day‑to‑day support to the Aftersales and Technical teams

What we’re looking for

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field)

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Good communication skills in English

Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Interest in automotive technology and aftersales operations

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Team player with good interpersonal skills
