(Associate) Director Talent&Client Excellence, Diemen

Role Overview

We’re looking for a (Associate) Director, Talent&Client Excellence based in Diemen (hybrid or remote), full‑time. The Talent&Client Excellence team designs and implements the global business architecture that defines how we do business with talent and clients from sales to delivery. Responsibilities

Translate strategic choices from senior leadership into actionable business architecture elements. Design new business architecture components, specifying people, processes, technology, and steering. Implement these elements in markets, co‑driving change from head office to desk level. Act as the primary contact for one or more markets on all business architecture topics, ensuring alignment with market experts and global leadership.Develop content and guidelines, organise knowledge‑sharing sessions, and coach market leadership and experts. Monitor progress and impact, collect and share best practices, and provide feedback to continuous improvement. Collaborate with the process excellence team and product management on high‑level technology requirements.Interact daily with market leadership, functional experts, and global colleagues from Business Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, program&portfolio management, Enterprise, and the Central Operating Excellence team. Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in OTS or PTS talent service models (sales delivery, onsite delivery teams or delivery centers) or in Enterprise delivery models (RPO, MSP). Experience operating within complex stakeholder environments. Previous P&L management or project leadership experience. Excellent organisational sensitivity and interpersonal skills. Strong conceptual and analytical skills. Hands‑on implementation experience and a result‑driven attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Benefits
