Advance your career at Randstad by driving our global marketing automation roadmap. This role is open to experienced talent professionals who own global lifecycle architectures using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot. Responsibilities
Design, deploy and scale data‑led talent journeys across the end‑to‑end global talent lifecycle. Develop, own and maintain the global talent lifecycle and journey design framework, translating the automated engagement strategy into commercially‑aligned journeys. Drive the global marketing automation agenda, supportingtransactional needs and establishing triggers, logic, channel mix, and KPIs.Partner with Global CX, Product Management and local markets to remove operational silos and advance personalization capability. Coordinate with the Enablement Operations Manager and local operating companies to balance scalability with local nuance. Collaborate with the Experience&Optimization Lead to define and execute structured experimentation for continuous improvement. Qualifications&Experience
Master’s degree and approximately 10 years of experience in a complex, matrixed environment (internal tenure valued). Proven project management or leadership experience within Randstad or a similar global enterprise. Demonstrated experience mapping journeys and deploying automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot.Ability to translate data (behavioral, attitudinal, commercial) into executable, scalable blueprints that align with business priorities. Track record of driving new concepts within an organizational framework and building consensus across diverse stakeholders. Internal Growth&Alignment
