We are currently hiring an experienced
Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / EUC Support Engineer
for an onsite enterprise support role in
Weesp, Netherlands . This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with strong hands-on experience in
Desktop Support, Deskside Support, Endpoint Management, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Windows Support
within corporate enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities• Provide onsite desktop/deskside support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end-user devices • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, printer, and basic network-related issues • Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix support • Manage device lifecycle including imaging, deployment, patching, and hardware refresh• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for endpoint management and ticket handling • Support Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications • Handle Active Directory tasks including password resets, user access, and permissions • Deliver VIP/executive supportand resolve high-priority incidents professionally• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures • Ensure endpoint security compliance and antivirus policy enforcement
Required Skills• Experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support / Deskside Support roles • Strong expertise with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 • Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow • Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN technologies, and networking fundamentals • Strong troubleshooting and hardware support skills• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
