What you really do here You take ownership. Of accounts, of markets, of results.
1. Drive international sales. You are the driving force behind commercial growth. You identify, approach, and close deals with distributors, pharmacy chains, and retail partners across international markets. You understand our products in depth and translate their value into strong commercial propositions that win shelf space and long term partnerships.
2. Turn market insights into strategy. You actively map market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging consumer needs. You translate those insights into concrete strategic priorities and market entry plans. Together with R&D and management, you help determine where we go next and which opportunities are worth pursuing.
3. Build and grow key accounts. You develop strong, long term relationships with our international partners. You are the trusted point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration, solving issues quickly, and identifying opportunities for growth. Strong partnerships lead to repeat business and expanding markets.
4. Shape the product portfolio and market positioning. You help guide the direction of our product portfolio based on real market and patient needs. You identify unmet needs, define clear value propositions, and translate market insights into opportunities for new products or improvements. Working closely with R&D and Regulatory Affairs, you contribute to product requirements, compliant claims, and strong positioning. You also support successful product launches with distributors and help strengthen our online marketing strategy and overall portfolio positioning.

You operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, market intelligence, and product reality. You get the freedom to shape our go-to-market approach. What we're looking for in you
You don't just have commercial instinct. You take the lead.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field 4+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in medical devices, pharma, or OTC healthcare Proven track record in B2B sales and account management across international markets Affinity with regulated products and the ability to navigate the OTC medical device landscapeStrong analytical mindset— you back your strategy with data, not gut feeling alone Excellent communicator, both in negotiations and in internal alignment Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a structured way of working Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus
