Production Planner&Controller– UAV / Aerospace Manufacturing
Are you an experienced Production Planner who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment? This is an opportunity to join an innovative aerospace and defence organisation working on advanced UAV technology, autonomous flight systems, turbine engines, and next-generation propulsion solutions.
You’ll be joining a growing team where production planning plays a key role in turning complex engineering ideas into real manufactured products. This role would suit someone who enjoys coordinating people, materials, timelines, and processes to make sure production runs smoothly from start to finish.
As a
Production Planner&Controller , you’ll be responsible for supporting the full production planning cycle, from customer demand and material requirements through to production schedules, stock levels, reporting, and delivery coordination.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and delivery deadlines, making sure production plans are realistic and aligned with business priorities. You’ll work closely with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available on time, while helping to maintain the right inventory levels to support smooth production without unnecessary overstock.You’ll coordinate daily with production, engineering, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to keep everything moving, identify potential delays early, and help resolve issues before they impact delivery. You’ll also support reporting, documentation, budget tracking, project planning, suppliercoordination, and general production performance monitoring.What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with experience in production planning, production control, supply chain, project coordination, or a similar manufacturing-focused role.
Ideally, you’ll bring: 3–8 years of relevant experience A background in aerospace, UAV, defence, aeronautical components, or advanced manufacturing would be a strong advantage Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O would be beneficial Exposure to project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana would be a plus Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Confidence working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams Fluency in English and Dutch, as both will be used as working languages
A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related subject would be preferred.
