Overview
As a Technical Consultant Medium Voltage, you will support Liander in maximizing the performance of our energy grids. You will advise on investment, maintenance, and risk management based on technical insight and data analysis, and act as a strategic partner to colleagues and management. Responsibilities
Manage a specific asset population (e.g., switching installations, cables) within the designated catchment area and serve as a discussion partner within the organization. Analyze asset behaviour and translate findings into medium‑ and long‑term improvement plans. Assess risks and determine necessary investments or measures.Prepare well‑substantiated documents, life‑cycle plans, investment proposals, and asset plans. Represent Liander in working groups of Netbeheer Nederland, Ksandr, and other national/international partners. Provide management with information on performance, risks, and budgets. Coach team members and collaborate to identify new possibilities, leveraging AI, data, and innovation.Qualifications
Higher vocational education (HBO) or university level with a relevant technical qualification. At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the area of electricity grids. Experience in asset management. Strong analytical and writing skills. Experience in stakeholder management. Persuasiveness and vision.Benefits
Gross monthly salary of€5,310.00 – €9,016.00 (scale 10 and 11). Rate depends on experience and expertise. 24.5 vacation days per year, with the option to supplement using the Individual Choice Budget. Annual Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full‑time) or 12.8% (part‑time) of gross annual salary, including8% holiday allowance; can be cashed out or used for additional leave days.Year‑end bonus of 6% of annual salary. Annual Sustainable Employability (DI) budget of €700, usable for sports, hobbies, home sustainability projects, or debt repayment. Team of friendly and helpful colleagues across offices in Amsterdam, Duiven, and Arnhem.
