Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Waalwijk region. Online shopping is here to stay, and you’ll be part of the evening team at a client location of the largest mail-order company in the Netherlands. The sound of the machines means everything is running smoothly until suddenly it stops and red alerts appear on your screen. A malfunction! With quick action and teamwork, you solve the problem and get the process back on track.

Your Responsibilities

Detecting, analyzing, and resolving first-line malfunctions

Performing preventive maintenanceReporting in the system to help resolve future issues faster

What’s in It for You

Gross salary:€2,600 – €3,650 per month

Direct contract with the client

Travel expense reimbursement according to company policy

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%

Working hours This full-time position involves working in three shifts.

Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn; Ability to work independently in a role with significant responsibility; Availability for 40 hours per week

Possession of a driver’s license (B) and a car

Eagerness to learn and problem‑solving skills; Flexibility to work at different locations
