Manpower is looking for Technical Operators/Site Engineers in the Halfweg region.

It’s evening, and you’re working at the client site of one of the largest mail‑order companies in the Netherlands. Suddenly, the machines stop, a malfunction! As a Site Engineer, you play a crucial role in solving these challenges. Together with your team, you ensure that all sorting machines continue to run efficiently.

Responsibilities

Detecting, analyzing, and resolving first‑line malfunctions

Performing preventive maintenance on sorting equipment

Recording and reporting malfunctions in the system for future improvement

Gross salary between€2,800 and €3,650 per month

Direct contract with the client

Full‑time position (40 hours per week)

Travel allowance according to company policy

Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%

Working hours

The working hours for this full‑time position are in a three‑shift system.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn them

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Availability for 40 hours per week

A valid Category B driver’s license and access to a car

Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Flexibility to work at different client locations
