As an
ESG Reporting & Impact Management Intern
youll be responsible for supporting the ESG Reporting team coordinating the non-financial reporting and impact management projects. You will report to the ESG Transformation Manager in Signify and you will work closely with colleagues responsible for financial and non financial reporting, climate, sustainable products, sustainable operations, and sustainable supply chain, as well as people outside of the sustainability department

What youll do


Analyzing upcoming regulations & disclosures requirements on ESG reporting such as EU Taxonomy, Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).

Connect with internal & external stakeholders involved in ESG data to drive improvements.

Maintaining ESG Reporting Program templates, trackers, dashboards and communication reporting decks.

Conduct analysis and benchmarking on sustainability reporting best practices.

Support Annual Report preparation with data collection, reporting manual and controls.


Your qualifications


Knowledge of ESG reporting and sustainability regulations

Project management skills, interest in transformation & change management

Excellent attention to detail, proactive, hands-on

Analytical skills
Good English - writing and speaking
