Within our Business Agriculture we have built up a strong presence in LED lighting to grow a wide variety of crops in both greenhouses as well as fully indoor facilities.

As a Head of Marcom youll be responsible for all of our marketing communication activities in the Horticultural segments such as Vegetables, Fruits, Floriculture and Cityfarming. Youll be driving an extensive agenda of customer engagement in a very exciting business with the main challenge to engage growers all across the world to start adopting our LED lighting solutions. You will report into the Head of Marketing for Business Agriculture.

What youll do


Creating the strategic marketing communications plan including messaging framework, and content calendar in line with the segment plans as created by segment marketing.

Co-developing compelling outside-in customer-driven messaging and communications

Leading the team of marketing communications/support for Horticulture

Hands-on support to the marketing team during execution of the different marketing activities such as events, digital, media, case studies etc.


Your qualifications


You bring extensive marketing communications experience, preferably in a B2B environment

You are an experienced and inspiring people manager that creates energy in the team and sparks out-of-the-box thinking to develop the most impactful marketing assets and activities

You have a can-do mentality with a good combination of strategic thinking and hands-on supportive mindset.

If you have experience in creating and executing on a digital marketing strategy, thats a big plus!
