As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide basic technical support and assistance to customers, mostly via e-mail but also phone-call. The Customer Support Representative handles various customer requests, answers questions, and resolves any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. This is an exciting and varied job in the field of radiation safety products.Our customers are professionals from the nuclear and medical sectors, mainly in Sweden and Norway. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer care and to do what it takes to help each customer. Comfortable with phone calls and writing personalized answers to customer requests, you are their privileged contact and will contribute to the satisfaction and sustainability of our customers.You will be part of a small team, in an international company. You will work mainly on your own, with a customer service back-up colleague based in France and an inside sales colleague based in Hovås. You will report to the EMEA customer service manager based in France, and be in regular contact with colleagues in Production, Sales, Finance, Technical support and IT based in France (in English).You will have the opportunity to participate in a lot of post-production activities such as padel and corporate events with the FHS Hovås team.

Responsibilities: Support customers with product and service questions via email and telephone calls Open new customer accounts and updating existing accounts Enter orders Initiate corrective action, when necessary, to resolve complex customer requests or needs Provide assistance and guidance on customer web-portalHandle credits and various invoice questions Answer shipping questions and other logistics assistance Process master data and client lists accurately Qualifications and skills: Excellent customer service skills Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with multiple IT platforms, proficiency with Email, Excel, WordAbility to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature Attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Effective decision-making skills coupled with the ability to problem solve Ability to track errors and escalate to other departments Fluent in Swedish and EnglishAbility to work independently Results driven
