We’re supporting a fast-growing MedTech company in the Netherlands that are seeking an experienced Freelance Software Engineer for a 3-month contract (likely to extend for a further 3 months). Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and maintain software for internal and external medical products Take ownership of specific software modules, ensuring quality and interoperability across the stack Set up unit and integration testing, and build the necessary tools to monitor performance Collaborate closely with product managers, algorithm developers, and engineers to deliver robust, well-documented, production-ready codeContribute ideas and strategies to improve software, algorithms, and product performance Provide guidance on industry best practices around design, testing, and security Requirements 3+ years’ experience in software development within an Agile (or similar) environment Experience with IEC 62304 medical device software standard is a plusDetails: Duration: 3 months (likely extension 3 months) Hybrid (good flexibility), Netherlands Start ASAP Seniority level and Employment type
