Construction bench worker, Eindhoven

As a construction fitter/welder, you will be responsible for assembling, welding, and finishing steel staircases and balustrades. Your daily tasks will be diverse and technically challenging, including: Assembling staircases and balustrades based on technical drawings; Performing welding tasks using MIG and TIG methods;Carrying out metalworking processes such as grinding, sawing, and drilling; Ensuring quality and safety compliance of welded structures. Do you have a technical background and a passion for metalworking? Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience as a construction fitter and/or welder; Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding (certifications are a plus);Strong understanding of technical drawings; Having a VCA certificate; Attention to detail and precision in your work; Ability to communicate in English at a B1/B2 level; A valid driver’s license (preferred); A team player with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
