The Dealer Support department at PACCAR Parts Eindhoven plays a key role in forecasting deliveries, managing dealer orders, and overseeing reverse logistics, including return requests. In addition to handling incoming requests and resolving complaints, the department serves as the primary contact for dealers worldwide and acts as the main point of contact for country sales organizations regarding logistics flows. It works closely with teams such as Stock Control&Supply, Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs), ITS, and Marketing&Sales to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and returns management.
This assignment is aimed at reinforcing the team for the specified period, focusing on serving as the first line of contact for dealers regarding parts-related questions and information requests. Responsibilities include managing dealer exceptions and ensuring they are resolved successfully through timely and accurate responses via the CRM system. The role also involves forecasting parts availability, expediting backorders to minimize delays, coordinating special deliveries for urgent dealer needs, and efficiently resolving shipment, return, and invoice inquiries.
Additionally, the assignment emphasizes continuous improvement and strong cross‑functional collaboration. This includes generating improvement ideas and supporting their implementation, as well as working closely with other Parts departments such as Materials, Warehouse (PDC), Forwarders, and Sales&Marketing. Through effective coordination and proactive communication, the role contributes to reliable service delivery and high dealer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a dealer/customer‑facing multitasking role is desirable, but attitude and the ability to multitask are more important.
Entry‑level position; recent graduates are welcome.
Skills
Fluent in English + another European language (French preferred; Polish, Portuguese, or Romanian of interest; other languages welcome)
Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealer‑facing interactions
Proactive and takes initiative
Analytical mindset
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, international environment
Experience with Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of trucks and truck parts is an advantage
Main Activities

Manage dealer exceptions and drive them to successful resolution
Generate and support the implementation of improvement ideas
Collaborate promptly with other Parts departments—especially Materials, Warehouse (PDC), Forwarders, and Sales/Marketing—to address and resolve dealer and customer requests
