It’s what has driven us for more than a century to perfect the products we make.E-Commerce Support Employee As an E-Commerce Support Employee you will support in coordinating our E-Commerce B2B and B2C channels, focusing on sales support / analysis, product catalogue and content optimization. Key responsibility will be the development and digitalization of current processes.In this role, you will have the following tasks: Support in order management (B2B&B2C). Support in after-purchase experience and customer assistance on inquiries. B2C customer relationship management on various digital platforms. Support on Data analytics (Monitor web analytics and internal data sources). Support on preparation reports and analyse conversion numbers. Support on design, presentation and execution User Journey roadmaps in conjunction with Sales and MarketingCoordinate with different Sales departments to assist on local promotional campaigns. Support on Developing schedules and timescales for sales and marketing campaigns. Optimize sales identifying underperforming solutions and recommending strategies. Handling the exchange of product information with customersSupport the coordination with Product Management to maintain and update the product catalogue. Support product launches and updates on channels - content / product uploads, availability. Content Management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Strong communication abilities (written and verbal) for customer interaction and cross-department collaboration. Affinity for data (Excel, Navision, reporting). Analytic in their interpretation. Ability to provide support, handle complaints, and ensure a positive after-purchase experience.Strong organizational (sets clear priorities and goals) skills and attention to detail. See Opportunities for innovation and take initiatives to improve business processes and procedures. Experience in working with Amazon, Zalando, Decathlon, EDI Orders is a plus. Proactive and a team player. Eager to learn, structured and reliable.Fluent English is required in reading, writing and speaking due to international working environment– German or other European languages are welcome.
