You ensure that the right person is in the right place and that employees are properly supervised. Build and manage a team of approximately 20 cleanroom mechanics. Onboarding and training of new employees. Coach, motivate and develop employees. Ensure proper transfer of projects from engineering to production. Realize daily assembly schedule. Initiate and lead work meetings. Monitor workplace safety through compliance with health and safety and environmental guidelines.Optimize cleanroom assembly processes with focus on quality and delivery time. About the company:
