Test Engineer, Eindhoven

Xyall is looking for a professional in the field of medical equipment testing. The candidate will beresponsible for the setup, testing, and release of the Tissector equipment, and is heavily involvedin the validation, optimization, and re-design of the equipment. Test activities involve pathologyworkflow tests, IT&equipment interface testing, and equipment debugging and optimization. Working in a start-up means being part of a small, highly motivated team with shortcommunication lines in a rapidly evolving environment. Key Areas of Responsibility

Install, setup, test and release new equipment Optimize the workflow for pathology analyses and perform customer sample testing Create/Set-up new test procedures Provide accurate recording of equipment setup, sample&equipment performance Drive improvements on equipment, IT, and service tooling Placement in the Organization

Member of the R&D team, reports to the COO. Requirements

Familiarity with test and validation processes Background in web-based applications Hands on&flexible attitude Team player Experience in Medical Devices is beneficial Bachelor (BSc/BEng), or Master (MSc) in engineering Between 2 and 5 years experience The vacancy is for 32hrs to 40hrs, on-site
