For our Export markets we are in search of a Customer Service Representative (German Speaking) who is knowledgeable and experienced with the day-to-day order to cash process providing assistance and support to ensure a positive customer experience. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively to meet customer needs.What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle internal&external customer inquiries quotes&orders in an efficient, accurate and professional manner for the DACH and Benelux markets. Be the main contact person for disputes management regarding orders for the DACH and Benelux markets, using strong analytic and organization skills you will fix these issues. Have an advanced understanding of EDI, web portal orders + invoicing.Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. With Initial Direction&Supervision, take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Work with internal teams (ie: logistics, finance, sales, service engineers, senior leaders) with a high sense of accountability. Our Needs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HBO thinking + performance skills. (Near) Native English, German and Dutch; any other EU language is a pre. Work experience (2+ years in Customer Service or Customer support). Knowledge of ERP system: Sale Force and SAP is a pre. Strong written and verbal communicationskills.Detail orientated. Working knowledge of Excel. Preferred Skills:
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries + situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Any other major European language. Understanding of the medical market + products. High level of responsibility and efficiency when working and communicating.Working knowledge with SAP.
