Your Role

Provide high-quality customer support with a technical focus

Assist users with platform-related inquiries and troubleshooting

Deliver solutions in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner

Handle customer interactions across multiple channels

Work in a fast-paced environment with varying contact volumes

Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders

Work Model&Conditions

Location:

Lisbon (on-site)

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00– 20:00 (rotational)

Weekends: 08:00– 17:00

Base Salary:

€1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)

Performance Bonus:

Relocation Package We support candidates relocating from abroad with:

Support with settling in Portugal

What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch (C1 level or above)

Good command of English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
