Compliance Supervisor Outside Service Providers - UPS, Nederland, Eindhoven

Compliance Supervisor– UPS Netherlands As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations across our operations and subcontractors. You will lead compliance audits, provide structured reporting, and drive follow-up actions to ensure continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi‑site environment. The position requires a high degree of flexibility in terms of travel, visiting all relevant facilities and OSPs to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations and local challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop in‑depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to the organization and its subcontractors

Plan and execute compliance audits across multiple locations and partners

Lead and coordinate a team of auditors supporting the audit process

Produce structured audit reports, including findings and actionable recommendations

Ensure effective follow‑up on audit outcomes, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of required updates

Establish and continuously improve audit structures, processes, and governance

Leadership Scope The selected candidate will be required to demonstrate strong, proven leadership skills, overseeing not only one specialist but also 8 Team Leaders currently based across multiple facilities in the Netherlands.

Requirements

A background in law is considered a requirement for this role

Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks (relevant degree preferred)

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset

Proven ability to structure processes, define roadmaps, and manage deadlines effectively

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience building and developing teams across multiple locations

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region

Native‑level Dutch is mandatory

High level of fluency in English is required
