Marketing Specialist, Eindhoven

Responsibilities

Execute and follow up on the local marketing strategy in close collaboration with HQ

Adapt global campaigns to the Dutch and Belgian markets, ensuring local relevance and effectiveness

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent rollout of marketing initiatives

Create high-quality local content (online and offline) tailored to the Benelux audience

Write and adapt marketing copy in Dutch, taking into account subtle differences between the Netherlands and Belgium

Support translation and localization of central marketing materials

Manage and distribute marketing assets to distributors and partners

Ensure partners have access to the latest materials, tools, and brand guidelines

Act as a first point of contact for marketing‑related partner requests

Support the organization and follow‑up of Academy training sessions

Assist in planning and executing local events, trade fairs, and partner activities

Coordinate logistics and communication for events and trainings

Handle general office administration for the Benelux office in Eindhoven

Manage the general phone number, email inbox, and incoming mail

Welcome visitors and support day‑to‑day office operations

Qualifications

Native Dutch speaker, with good command of English

Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and local nuances

Hands‑on, proactive, and well‑organised

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

Team player with a service‑oriented mindset towards internal teams and external partners

Affinity with marketing, communication, and event coordination

Comfortable with administrative and operational tasks

Experience in the renewable energy sector or a strong interest in energy transition and sustainability is required

Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
