Bachelor Internship: Data Analytics and CRM Intern Recruiting students to improve and structure the current customer relationship management system for a better overview of our customers and services.

Global Connected Services Europe is a dynamic and growing part within the organization of DAF Trucks. It is responsible for services based data derived from the truck. Based on this data, generated by the truck, we offer the customers insights to help them to optimize their operations. The Marketing and Support team, a department of Global Connected Services, is responsible for defining connected vehicle offerings, ensuring consistent customer experience across brands and channels, developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies, developing business strategies for third‑party services, and managing subscription services.

Responsibilities

Improve the current Customer Relationship Management ticketing system (CRM 365 Support Center) and build a visualization dashboard based on the CRM data.

Implement automation tasks and create a dashboard data model that merges CRM tickets information.

Work closely with Functional and Technical Application Managers, Business Developers, and AI tools to support and improve the ticketing system for customer service agents in the ticketing pipeline.

Qualifications

Enrolled in an HBO program in Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Business Development, Software Engineering with Business Intelligence, or Information Technology Management.

Familiar with programming automations to merge different systems using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, CRM and similar.

Open‑mindful and innovative, able to communicate, share, and accept feedback.

Team player who can collaborate to get work done.

Strong communication skills in English.

Internship wage of€375 gross (Bachelor) and €450 gross (Master) per month (full‑time based).

Travel allowance if you do not have a student travel product (provided by the Dutch government).
