Your new job | About your main responsibilities Global Mobility is an effective instrument for our multinational clients as both a talent development tool and a workforce incentive. It helps the business to put the right talent with the right capabilities, in the right place at the right time. In the international relocation of employees, people play a crucial role. That’s where you come in.
As a Consultant Mobility Talent Operate, you provide the human touch: you put our clients and their internationally mobile employees first and manage all the (little) aspects of international relocations. With your interest in international movements and HR, you know exactly which button to press. You work as part of a dedicated team through operational delivery as well as proactively thinking along with our clients to ensure the best global mobility experience.
Connect with our clients’ mobile employees and guide them through the process.
Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle, including briefings with mobile employees.
Coordinate third-party vendors (e.g., relocation companies and housing agencies).
Create and review assignment-related documentation (including balance sheets and other HR documentation).
Manage monthly payroll cycles: plan ahead and inform the team in time if issues arise.
The opportunity | What future are you building towards? As Consultant Mobility Talent Operate you will work together with various colleagues on providing global mobility HR support to our clients, covering the preparation of assignment documentation such as balance sheets as well as managing relocation cases on behalf of our clients.
Your new team | About your colleagues and the office Within the PAS Mobility department, you’ll support large international organizations in navigating the complexities of cross-border employment. Together with your colleagues, you advise on income tax, social security, insurance and other regulatory obligations that arise when employees move across borders.
You’ll work in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate closely with internal specialists and external stakeholders. Our client base is diverse — from listed companies and multinationals to family-owned businesses and nonprofit institutions — each relying on us for clear guidance in an increasingly complex global landscape. You’ll be part of a team that values quality, learning and collaboration, while keeping the employee experience front and center.
Our office in Eindhoven is located in the heart of the innovative Brainport region, where technology, collaboration and social impact come together. The office is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station and is known for its open atmosphere, short lines of communication and typical Brabant warmth.
