About the role Drive commercial growth by translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for the market. Act as the bridge between technical sales and marketing, ensuring product innovations are launched successfully within the Medical and Life Sciences industries. Collaborate closely with engineering and commercial teams to enable effective market adoption.
Responsibilities
Leverage deep market and application insight to support go-to-market strategies, messaging and positioning.
Create thought‑leadership content that strengthens our market position.
Targeted content, campaigns and data‑driven decision making.
Run omnichannel campaigns that maximize reach and engagement.
Maintain a consistent on‑and offline brand presence.
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies on‑and offline to increase brand awareness, thought leadership and lead generation by understanding the target markets, trends and competitors.
Help to develop clear and differentiated value propositions for the Medical and Life Sciences market and translate technical innovation into market impact. Enable commercial teams with strong messaging, positioning and content.
Align with the commercial, technical and marketing team on messaging and with the commercial team on enablement.
Ensure close feedback loops. Implement an omnichannel approach for marketing activities, including digital, social media, trade shows, events and partner co‑marketing initiatives.
Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and adapt to market changes.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration or a related field.
5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a similar Product Marketeer role in a high‑tech environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders internal and external across different levels.
Skilled in creating engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Experience targeting key accounts with a customized marketing approach to drive engagement.
Proven experience in SEO, SEA, social media, and website content optimisation.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes and uncertainties.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is considered a plus.
Experience in one of our target markets considered a plus.
Proficient in HubSpot, Umbraco, CRM (Dynamics), Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn or equivalent tools.
