You analyze the structural and technical condition, assess maintenance needs, and translate these into **realistic, financial, and actionable plans**. You collaborate closely with building managers, project leaders, and maintenance advisors, providing guidance to clients on priorities, budgeting, and optimizing maintenance strategies.
