Position Overview Senior Full‑Stack Java Developer – remote/hybrid role. Strong Dutch language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high‑quality backend and frontend components using modern Java frameworks and contemporary JavaScript tools.

Architect and optimize system architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex ecosystems.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative and continuous value.

Advise stakeholders by translating business requirements into technical solutions, offering expert guidance and identifying potential risks or improvements.

Drive technical direction by contributing to defining development standards, best practices, and the overall technical approach for projects.

Own professional growth by selecting assignments based on skills and ambitions, including microservices, cloud‑native development, or domain‑specific challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

5+ years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and related backend frameworks.

Experience with Angular, React, and TypeScript to deliver modern, responsive front‑end applications.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication skills– ability to work independently and collaboratively while engaging effectively with stakeholders and teams.

Knowledge of the Dutch language is essential.
