This is not a traditional customer marketing role. You’ll build scalable growth systems across the customer lifecycle using automation, experimentation, AI-assisted content creation, and data-driven insights.

You’ll work at the intersection of Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to increase product adoption, expansion, and customer value — while reducing manual effort through smart enablement and AI-powered workflows.

The Role As our Growth Marketeer (Customer Base), you own how Sendcloud’s 35,000+ existing customers adopt, expand, and grow with us — designing the lifecycle systems, AI-assisted programs, and enablement assets that power scalable customer growth.

Reporting to the VP Marketing / CMO, you sit at the intersection of Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Operations.

Your mission is to drive product adoption, expansion, and customer value at scale by building lifecycle journeys, automated programs, and AI-powered workflows.

You combine the mindset of a growth marketer with the operational thinking of an engineer— turning friction into leverage and repetitive work into reusable systems.

What you'll do In this role, you’ll build the systems, programs, and assets that drive customer growth at scale.

Design and optimise lifecycle journeys across activation, adoption, expansion, and loyalty

Build AI-assisted lifecycle programs and automated onboarding flows that personalise communication at scale

Develop scalable expansion plays that drive yearly plan adoption and upsell readiness

Create scalable customer education and enablement— onboarding guides, interactive product education, webinars, academy modules, and AI-assisted assets

Build reusable systems and assets that reduce repetitive work for CSMs and Support, partnering closely with Product, Growth, CS, and Operations to close lifecycle gaps

Continuously analyse customer behaviour, adoption data, and engagement signals— using tooling, automation, AI, and experimentation to improve lifecycle performance

What you bring to the table You’re likely a great fit if you bring a mix of growth marketing, systems thinking, and AI fluency — with the drive to own outcomes end-to-end.

You think in systems, experiments, and scalable processes— combining creativity with operational thinking

You thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and autonomy, and are highly execution-oriented

You are motivated by owning outcomes end-to-end, building leverage, and turning friction into reusable systems

Professionally

5+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or customer marketing within B2B SaaS— or equivalent demonstrable skills

Hands‑on with AI tools to improve content creation, automation, research, or campaign execution

Native Dutch or French speaker, comfortable working in English— written and spoken

Experience with lifecycle tooling, CRM automation, or customer engagement platforms (nice to have)
