Language: Dutch + English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday&Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization
What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
What You'll Do
Support customers with technical and service-related inquiries.
Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation&Benefits
1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries
Performance&Attendance bonus
