Quality Manager, Eindhoven

In this role, you lead Quality&HSE andare responsible forQuality Engineering and Assurance. Youmaintainoversight of the full process, work data-driven, and build further on the existing foundation while the organization grows. Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System (CAQ) for both product and process, ensuring ISO complianceLead internal, customer, and external audits, and oversee related documentation and procedures Manage non-conformities, deviations, and CAPA processes Drive continuous improvement and reliability using data and SPC The team

You will work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Supply Chain, Cleanroom operations, and Management. The role is highly cross-functional and requires strong collaboration across all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners and customers. What are we expecting?

Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Quality, Engineering, orrelated technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in a QHSE, Quality, or HSE role. You are familiar with relevant standards (such as ISO 9001, 13485, and 14001) and can translate these into practical guidelines Experience in a high-tech, manufacturing, or regulated environmentExperience with audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis Knowledge of HSE regulations,risk management (RI&E)and chemical processes Strong senseof ownership and responsibility Able to communicate effectively across different stakeholders What do we offer?
