We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner who wants to join us in taking responsibility for HR in the broadest sense of the word. You collectively ensure that everything related to HR runs smoothly and that colleagues feel supported and engaged. Creating and safeguarding the TMC family feeling is central to this.Your tasks include:Executing and optimizing the daily HR operationsAdvising and supporting management and colleagues on diverse HR mattersProactively advising on current HR topics, such as:The current labor market and talent developmentEmployment conditions and performance managementEmployee inflow, progression, and outflowAbsenteeism support and reintegrationCo-responsibility for the YOUniversity (our own coaching and training platform)Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to HR projects and processesActing as a sparring partner and as the organization's 'conscience' in the area of people and organizationWhat you can expect from usWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and proactive HR professional who is confident and possesses excellent communicative and social skills.
