Responsibilities As an ERP Consultant Finance, you advise and guide clients in optimizing and digitizing their financial processes. You analyze business requirements, perform gap analyses, and translate these into suitable ERP configurations. You work closely with controllers, finance managers, and key users to deliver effective solutions.
Functional configuration of financial ERP modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, consolidation, and reporting.
Supporting ERP implementations within financial environments.
Advising on intercompany transactions, multi-site, and multi-currency processes.
Analyzing and improving financial business processes.
Testing new ERP functionalities and system improvements.
Supporting clients during implementation and go-live phases.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and advising on more efficient workflows.
Qualifications You are a customer-focused and analytical finance professional with a passion for process optimization and ERP systems. You enjoy translating financial business processes into efficient digital solutions and contributing ideas for smarter, faster, and more transparent ways of working.
You communicate effectively with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and can translate complex challenges into practical ERP solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
Knowledge of financial processes and relevant regulations.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Exact, AFAS, Epicor, or similar).
Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.The ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
HBO/WO level working and thinking ability.
