What You'll Do

Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process for all professional positions, from initial outreach to interview and final offer

Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn and Workday to build and manage unique candidate pipelines

Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, obsessing over every detail to create a magical journey

Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively share updates with all stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve the recruiting process

Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.

Attention to Detail: Execute detail‑oriented projects with a high level of accuracy

About You

Experience: You have at least 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing and pipeline management

Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS - Workday knowledge is a bonus), data management/reporting tools, and workplace collaboration tools

Partnership Skills: You are enthusiastic and confident in partnering with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process

Passion for Innovation: You have a strong passion for leveraging technology and innovation to drive recruitment efficiency and secure high‑quality hires

Fluent English and Dutch; proficiency in French or Italian is considered a strong advantage

This is a fixed‑term role with the opportunity to become permanent. The position is based at our facility in Eindhoven (ACHTSEWEG NOORD 14, 5651 GG EINDHOVEN, Netherlands).
