What you will help us with As a

Brand&Campaign Manager

at Korsit, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing brand plans that strengthen our brand and market positioning, delivering growth. You’ll manage the annual brand marketing calendar, create online brand campaigns, and boost our omni‑channel approach. You will also build our social media strategy and help shape engaging content that reinforces our brand value proposition. In addition to these tasks, you will work with the marketing automation department to improve the customer journey and omni‑channel plan. This role requires a commercially‑mindful brand marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with strategic thinking and a keen eye for executional detail. You will report to the Manager Brand and Loyalty.

Annual marketing calendar creation and ownership

Campaigns, brand activations, strategy and execution

Brand partnerships

Brand messaging and communication consistency

Create rich content to reinforce brand proposition and anchor positioning

Social media campaign coordination

Customer and market engagement

What you bring to the table

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related.

3+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management or partner marketing.

Experience in retail is a must.

Strategic and commercially driven marketer.

Excellent conceptual thinking.

Data‑driven and results‑oriented.

Proven experience in building impactful brand campaigns.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.

Hands‑on experience with social media, influencer collaborations, community engagement, and earned media.
