Enterprise Cyber Security Engagement Director, Eindhoven

Role: Project Manager / Cyber Security Engagement Director We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engagement Director to lead strategic cyber security engagements for a large enterprise environment in the Netherlands. The role requires a strong blend of executive stakeholder management, cyber security domain expertise, commercial ownership, and delivery governance.

As the primary customer-facing leader, you will own strategic relationships with CIO/CISO stakeholders, drive cyber security services growth, oversee large-scale security programs, and ensure measurable business outcomes through operational excellence and governance.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise cyber security services, managed services delivery, consulting, and transformation programs, along with proven success in growing strategic accounts and leading executive-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with CIO/CISO stakeholders and align cyber security initiatives with business objectives.

Drive growth of cyber security services through account expansion, opportunity identification, and deal management.

Position and promote cyber security solutions across IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, network security, SOC, and managed services.

Lead end-to-end cyber security engagements including solutioning, transition, delivery, and operations.

Establish governance processes, manage escalations, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Collaborate with technical teams, SMEs, and customer leadership to deliver business-focused security solutions.

Ensure alignment with security frameworks and best practices such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, COBIT, and ITIL.

Act as the primary customer contact for security service delivery, escalations, renewals, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills&Experience

10+ years of experience in cyber security services, consulting, managed services, or enterprise transformation programs.

Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise cyber security accounts.

Strong executive stakeholder management with demonstrated success influencing CIO/CISO/CxO leadership.

Experience leading large cyber security engagements covering implementation and operations.

Broad understanding of cyber security domains including:

Security Assessments

Security Architecture

SOC Operations

Vulnerability Management

IAM / IGA / PAM

ISO 27001 Implementations

Security Governance&Risk

Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, revenue ownership, and deal management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience managing complex escalations and enterprise governance forums.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within large enterprise or multinational environments.

Exposure to European regulatory and compliance landscapes.

Strong understanding of managed security service delivery models.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or ITIL are advantageous.
