in Barcelona.

This is an opportunity to work directly with B2B clients and agency partners across the Benelux market, helping them optimize their online advertising strategies.

What the role involves You will manage a portfolio of Dutch companies and agency partners. The main focus is to advise clients on their digital marketing setups, help them optimize their Google Ads campaigns, and guide them on how to increase their ROI through phone and video consultations.

Requirements

Languages:

C2 Dutch and a good level of English.

Experience:

1–2 years in sales, account management, or digital marketing.

Skills:

Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube, or general online advertising.

A target-driven mindset and strong communication skills.

The Package

Salary:

€23,876.19 gross/year + up to €3,407.56 in performance bonuses.

Relocation Support:

Paid flight ticket + accommodation in a private studio to help with the move for first month.

Private health insurance and continuous official Google certifications.
