The Role As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a key part of a multi disciplinary support team providing advanced technical assistance and contributing to continuous product improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling complex technical support incidents through a ticketing system.

Investigating issues related to integrations, APIs, authentication, and cloud environments.

Supporting application and system management across internal and customer platforms.

Contributing to customer projects such as system integrations and tailored service requests.

Sharing customer insights with development and product teams to improve solutions.

Working closely with colleagues while also taking ownership of issues independently.

Your Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Strong commercial experience in technical support or application support.

Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Confidence troubleshooting integrations, data issues, and system behaviour.

An interest in software development and the ability to quickly understand new applications.

Clear communication skills and a customer focused mindset.

Professional fluency in Dutch, with English capability beneficial.
