The company is further strengthening its operational and financial foundation to support this next phase of growth and professionalization, in which the Manager Finance&Control will play a pivotal role.

The profile Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the Finance&Control function and play a key role in further strengthening and scaling the financial organisation of Mosaic World in an international growth environment. Together with your team, you are end-to-end responsible for accounting, closing, tax compliance and internal controls, while acting as the senior escalation point for complex accounting and operational finance matters.Beyond ensuring accuracy, structure and financial discipline, you play a central role in connecting finance with the wider business by aligning stakeholders, improving processes and driving ownership across the financial value chain— from operational input and closing timelines to reporting quality and first-line financial analysis. At the same time, you will be one of the key drivers behind the further transformation of the finance organisation through initiatives such as the implementation of a future-proof ERP landscape,further automation of the P2P and procurement processes through Coupa, and the development of AI-driven finance use cases. Examples include improving the matching accuracy between rental income and debtor positions, further automating the accounts receivable process and continuously identifying newtechnology and tooling opportunities to make the finance organisation more scalable, efficient and future-ready

As a true sparring partner to both internal and external stakeholders, you bring a clear vision on how a future-ready finance organisation should operate and continuously drive improvement through process optimisation, automation, AI applications and new tooling. You combine precision with pragmatism, remain hands-on when needed and are able to quickly assess financial quality and translate complexity into clear and actionable insights.With your open, direct and constructive communication style, you build strong relationships across the organisation while effectively managing stakeholders in a dynamic environment. At the same time, you further develop the finance team by combining clarity, structure and accountability with a people-oriented leadership style— setting a high-performance bar, creating ownership and helping individuals grow, while remaining mindful of people’s limits and standing up for the team when needed.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Post Master (RA) would be a plus At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position in an international company Solid knowledge of accounting and tax principles (Dutch Gaap, IFRS). Proven experience in process optimalisation, system implementation and preferably AI user casesExperience managing diverse teams of 10FTE+ Fluent in English and at least conversational in Dutch
