Team Assistant Operations

As a Team Assistant Operations you will support our international sales teams in our HQ in Eindhoven and our sales team in Germany, Italy and the USA. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes from order processing and shipping to customer contact and CRM management. With your eye for detail and hands-on mindset, you’ll help keep the operations team organized and efficient.

Your daily tasks:✔ Ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped smoothly ✔ Process purchase orders and keep everything on track ✔ Support customers by e-mail and phone in a friendly and service minded approach ✔ Keep stock levels accurate with weekly inventory checks ✔ Assist the Operations Officerwith receiving and processing incoming goods✔ Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date ✔ Help the team with various practical and administrative tasks

What do we expect from you✔ Work very accurately and have an eye for detail ✔ Good verbal and written communication skills in English ✔ Have a proactive approach to problem-solving ✔ You’re hands-on and physically fit, ready to pack goods carefully and prepare for shipment. ✔ Be customer-focused: to always gothe extra mile for the external and internal customer
