About Honeybalm Honeybalm is one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in our category (lip-care), with millions of customers across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.

We sell through our own webshops, Amazon, marketplaces, and rapidly growing retail distribution. The business is scaling fast, and finance is becoming increasingly strategic to support that growth.

The role We are looking for a hands-on Head of Finance / Finance Director who can fully own and professionalize the finance function of Honeybalm.

You will be responsible for creating financial clarity, structure, and control across the company. This includes everything from cashflow management and liquidity forecasting to budgeting, reporting, strategic decision-making, and financial risk management.

You understand that in a fast-scaling consumer brand, cashflow is king. You know how to balance aggressive growth with financial discipline and operational reality.

You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on topics such as working capital, supplier payment terms, inventory financing, retail expansion, and overall financial strategy.

What you will own Full ownership of Honeybalm’s finance function Cashflow management, liquidity planning, and forecasting Rolling budgets and financial planning across departments Financial reporting and management insights Identifying financial risks and operational inefficiencies Supporting strategic decisions with financial analysisand commercial reasoningManaging working capital, supplier payment terms, and retail finance dynamics Improving financial systems, processes, and controls Coordination with external accountants, auditors, and finance partners

What you bring Strong experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or finance leadership roles Experience within e-commerce, DTC, retail, consumer goods, or high-growth environments Deep understanding of cashflow management and scaling operational finance Strong commercial and strategic thinking Experience building financial structures and processes in growing companiesHigh ownership mentality and strong execution capabilities Dutch-speaking preferred Fluent in English
