We are partnering with one of the Netherlands' leading media, marketing and analytics organisations as they continue to invest in data-driven decision making, marketing effectiveness and AI-powered insights.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Marketing Analytics Specialist to join a highly collaborative team, working with some of the world's most recognised brands. The role combines hands-on analytical and data science work with strategic client advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem solving and influencing business decisions through data.
Unlike a traditional Data Scientist role, this position sits at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing Analytics and Strategy. You will be responsible for building and interpreting analytical models, delivering actionable insights, and helping clients understand how their marketing investments drive business outcomes.
As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to answer complex business questions through data. You will leverage advanced analytical techniques, marketing effectiveness methodologies and statistical modelling to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
You will be expected to remain hands-on with data and modelling while also acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand performance, optimise marketing investments and shape future strategies.
Key Responsibilities Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Build, run and interpret statistical and analytical models using Python and SQL. Support and deliver Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and broader marketing effectiveness initiatives. Analyse the impact of marketing and media investments across multiple channels.Design and evaluate experimentation and Test&Learn programmes. Develop audience segmentation, targeting and customer analytics solutions. Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations. Present insights and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders. Partner closely with media, strategy, analytics and data science teams.Identify opportunities for new products, services and analytical approaches based on client needs. Stay up to date with developments in marketing measurement, attribution, media effectiveness, AI and analytics.
What We're Looking For
Native or near-native Dutch language skills, with strong English communication skills. Minimum 3 years of experience within Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Science, Customer Analytics or a similar field. Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Experience building and working with statistical models.Exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), media effectiveness or marketing measurement frameworks. Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation and data-driven decision making. Experience working directly with clients or senior business stakeholders. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
Desirable Experience with attribution modelling and incrementality testing. Audience segmentation and personalisation experience. Experience with GA4, CDPs and marketing technology platforms. Knowledge of R and modern analytics tooling. Background within media, marketing, consultancy or agency environments.Experience conducting market, consumer or brand research.
