Job Description: As a Service Solution Architect, you are the technical owner of end-to-end IT/OT solutions for customer operations. You ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the full customer lifecycle. Acting as the main technical point of contact, you align business needs with integrated technical solutions. You thrive in complex, high-impact environments where collaboration and ownership are key.

Requirements Strong understanding of integrated IT/OT solutions (e.g. infrastructure, software, automation); Experience with IT software such as system messaging and communication platforms, WCS/WMS solutions, Identity and Access Management (IAM), logging and monitoring tools, and data analysis tools.Ability to manage incidents, changes, and technical stakeholders under pressure;
