We are looking for a colleague to support the people based at Vimec in Eindhoven– The Netherlands, as Sales&Project Manager, responsible for commercial activities as well as managing after‑sales activities like the on-time&complete delivery of our inspection systems from order to commissioning.

Your missions: Sales Manager: Lead&manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring sustainable sales growth, profitability and market expansion. Establish, develop and maintain strong customer&3rd party relationships. Initiate&actively manage the technical and commercial preparation, presentation&negotiation of quotations for both equipment, parts&services. Create a good understanding of customer requirements, demands and wishes and translate these to the internal Vimec organization in a clear and transparent way. Manage the transfer of orders to operations. Monitor the payment process&support the resolution of any financial issues in collaboration with the finance dept.&General Manager. Contribute to strategic sales plans, budget preparations and the achievement of goals&targets Align customer needs with Product Marketing and Development. Maintain sales reporting (pipeline, KPIs, forecasts). Provide market intelligence by identifying market trends, new customer requirements, competitor activity and transfer this to R&D, marketing&product management. Represent Vimec and promote its products/services during customer interactions and visits. Conduct pre‑sales activities, including visiting potential customers to present Vimec solutions.

After Sales Project Management: Manage after‑sales project activities like customer&line integrator communication on technical and project management topics (with internal support). Organize and align on timelines, deliveries, shipments, and installation planning. Co-ordinate with Operations, Supply Chain and Service&Support departments. Ensure each customer project or supply delivery is on-time, complete and in accordance with Vimec standards and customer requirements. Ensure on-time project invoicing. Follow-up on punch list issues and ensure project acceptance

Profile Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Engineering or related (technical) field. Minimum 3 years of experience in (international) B2B technical sales or project management Be fluent in English (French is a bonus.) Have strong leadership, social, communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical, organizational and strategic skills Be a self-starter, enterprising, confident, highly adaptable, result-driven, action-oriented. And have the willingness to travel extensively (up to 40%).
