As a Payroll Administrator, you will take responsibility for the payroll administration of your own client portfolio. You are the permanent contact person for your clients and support both solicited and unsolicited payroll inquiries. Responsibilities

Daily payroll processing in Loket Produce payslips, wage and payment specifications, payroll journal entries and payroll tax returns Create annual statements for pension funds and insurance institutions Calculate and verify holiday allowances, end‑of‑year bonuses and pension premiums Support year‑end closing activitiesMaintain client communication and provide payroll advice Qualifications

Completed MBO level 4 education and/or HBO work and thinking skills PD Payroll Administration training and VPS certification is a plus Experience with Loket and/or NMBRS is advantageous Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Experience in an accounting firm is an advantage, due to exposure to multiple collective labor agreementsExcellent command of Dutch and good communication skills Preferred employment terms
