About the role
As an Administrative Assistant in our Accountancy department, you will process the financial administration of our clients. You are responsible for the correct booking of purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank transactions, preparatory work for annual accounts, and the preparation of VAT returns.Candidate profile
You are a driven team player who values precision work, works in an orderly manner, and meets deadlines. What do we expect from you?
Completed MBO education with an administrative profile (level 4). Preferably some experience in maintaining financial administration. Excellent command of the Dutch language and good communication skills. MBO work and thinking level and willingness to perform other common tasks. Live in or around the Eindhoven region.Available for at least 24 hours per week. Knowledge of Basecone / Exact Online is an advantage. What do we have to offer you?
Good salary with 32 days of vacation. End‑year bonus of 8.33% of your gross annual salary. One‑year contract with prospect of a permanent contract. Mobile phone and laptop. Good pension plan.
