Loss Prevention Officer, Eindhoven

Job Description As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will help deliver the goal of keeping our customers, associates and assets safe. Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or in a security guard role is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

Support a positive customer experience within the store by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the entrance doors.

Deterr loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.

Remain calm and professional under pressure.

Be self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer‑facing role in a fast‑paced retail environment or as a security guard (ideal but not essential).
