German and English A passion for supporting customers across the German and U.S. markets Do you enjoy solving technical problems, turning frustrated customers into satisfied ones, and working with cutting-edge consumer electronics? Then we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do As part of UEI’s international Customer Service Center, you will be the first point of contact for consumers in Germany, the United States, and beyond. You’ll offer high-quality support through phone, email, and online platforms.Your key responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms (e.g., Amazon reviews/Q&A). Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear, solution-oriented support. Assist with programming and upgrading remote controls, and handle product exchanges. Review and help maintain website content; translate or proofread German and/or English text. Keep internal documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases up to date.Prioritize your workload independently while aligning with team KPIs. What You Bring Fluent German and English,
